Job Title: Business Development - Key Account Manager - Northern France
Location: Northern France
Salary: €65,000 + Bonus
An Industry-leading HVAC manufacturer, due to growth is looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join the team, covering Northern France within the HVAC industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, building strong relationships, and driving business growth in the region. – Commercial & Industrial applications.
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with key accounts in the Northern France region. Understand their business needs and objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities within the region, including both new customer acquisition and upselling/cross-selling to existing accounts. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build strong and trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in customer organisations. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and business reviews to understand their evolving needs and provide value-added solutions.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within the HVAC industry – Heating, Heat Pumps, and Cooling.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Fluent in French with excellent English language skills.
