My client is an international manufacturer of Personal Care Products, they are now looking to expand their Corporate Communication team in the UK.

Acting as a strategic thought partner for the General Management Team and other internal stakeholders about communication. As Corporate Communications Manager you will ensure the effective and impactful positioning, promoting, and protection of the Group brand.



Roles and Responsibilities

  • You will support the definition, planning, and execution of the communication strategy of the Group and activities in support of the communication strategy.
  • Ensuring impactful internal and external communication of the Group.
  • Ensuring appropriate communication support for internal changes and transformation.
  • Ensuring appropriate issues & crisis preparedness from a communication perspective.
  • Define, plan, implement, and measure specific communication and engagement activities to effectively reach (build and increase awareness), engage, and activate key audiences.
  • Leverage campaign methodology to do so and create and drive Group level. campaigns on different channels.
  • Support the creation of an issues and crisis communication framework, policies and procedures, scenarios, and messaging to ensure crisis preparedness from a communication perspective.
  • Further, develop and ensure consistent application of CI/CD guidelines and revising various communication tools for CI/CD management (e.g. presentations, guidelines, videos etc).

Essential Experience

  • Relevant Degree/Qualification within the field of Communication, Media, Public Affairs, Public Relations, or Marketing.
  • A passionate personality who wants to make a difference strives for constant improvement and brings a high willingness to innovate and take responsibility.
  • Experienced in communications in an international, diverse, and performance-orientated environment; experience in a multicultural matrix environment, preferably in the FMCG sector.
