We are currently seeking a results-oriented and experienced Regional Sales Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic sales team and drive growth in the personal care and cosmetics sector.

Roles and Responsibilities

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and strengthen our brand presence within the United Kingdom. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the success of our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, aligning with the company’s overall objectives and market dynamics.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  3. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for product development and sales growth.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Sales Planning: Create and manage sales plans, budgets, and forecasts, regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our product portfolio, ensuring a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and applications.
  7. Sales Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs, implementing corrective actions and improvement plans as needed.
  8. Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market segments and distribution channels to expand our market presence and revenue streams.
  9. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure product launches, promotions, and inventory management are aligned with sales goals.
