Senior Project Manager

• Plan, initiate, and execute projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Working with interesting and complex MOD contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost control measures.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and proactively address project constraints.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and external vendors or contractors.
• Conduct regular project meetings, provide progress updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor and report project status, performance metrics, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
• Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to optimise project execution and ensure continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation within the project team.
