Sales Manager (Estate Agent)

Red Diamond Recruitment are supporting an owner managed Estate & Letting agency serving the Kirklees areas across all spectrums of the marketplace. They are a dynamic business who set the bar high and are slowly being seen as one the areas most prestigious property management businesses. We are looking for a dynamic, high energy individual who is serious about their career in Estate Agency.

This role would suit a candidate who is highly self-motivated, has excellent customer service skills and a strong moral compass.

You will ensure that all in house policies and procedures are adhered to within the sales team including conforming to The Data Protection act, clear desk policy, HMRC AML regulations and training as well as logging and handling complaints within the designated time frame.

• Regular spot checks and daily overviews should be conducted to ensure Sales Advisors and Administrators and adhering to these.
• Ensure that the team are upselling services where possible.
• Compile weekly reviews of the Sales department, collect and track management figures demonstrating growth, highlighting areas of growth and potential development (these should also be highlighted to the lettings team members, ensuring clear communication throughout the team).
• Promote social media advertising and other reliable advertising techniques. This role will be responsible for ensuring the sales team are up to date with legislation and procedures (in house and externally) and propose areas of training where required.
