Job Title: Office Manager
Salary: £45,000.00 - £55,000.00
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Leeds City Centre. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth operations of our office and ensuring the efficient functioning of our sales / customer service department.
Roles and Responsibilities
– Manage a team of 5+ individuals, providing leadership and guidance to maximise productivity and performance.
– Streamline processes and implement new procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity within the sales /,customer service department.
-Ensure the team achieve and exceed all targets, financial, SLA’a and KPI’S.
– Reporting into an MD, producing reports and data of progress on a monthly basis.
– Oversee day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
– Monitor and maintain facilities to support a productive work environment.
– Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
