We start by conducting a deep dive into our clients’ organisation, gaining an understanding of their current leadership team, organisational structure, and strategic goals. Throughout the search process, we maintain constant communication with our clients, providing regular updates and feedback on our progress. We also provide support and guidance throughout the hiring process, including offer negotiation and onboarding support, to ensure a seamless and successful transition.
Our tried and tested 7-step executive search process looks like this:
Step 1 – Organisational consultation
First, we take the time to understand the current dynamics of your business. We then create a leadership profile and work with the current leadership to identify gaps and any areas to be mindful of in the future.
Step 2 – Identify and review
We then undertake market mapping, research the target audience, identify suitable candidates and reach out. The next step is to determine the suitability of available talent and potential interest, then create a long list.
Step 3 – Interviewing
Then we identify and qualify target candidates through an internal interview evaluation. This involves preparing profiles, taking references and undertaking verification checks.
Step 4 – Deliver initial shortlist and quantify

Step 5 – Manage the full interview process
