Organisational consultation: understanding of client dynamics, changes and the current situation. Creation of a leadership profile and working with the current leadership to identify gaps and any areas to be mindful of that impact the future.
Identify and review: market mapping, understanding the target audience, identification and reaching out. Determine suitability and potential interest. Creation of a long list.
Interviewing: identify and qualify target candidates through internal interview evaluation. Prepare profiles take references and verification checks.
Deliver initial shortlist and quantify. Give a good insight in to the character and personal traits of each candidate.
Manage the full interview process on behalf of the client, including initial and follow up interviews. Manage candidate expectation and prepare/support candidates through the process.
Presentation of the offer: Initiate compensation discussions, conduct referencing and make the formal offer to the candidate.
Closure, transition and follow up: Support the transition process of the placement, full debriefing regarding process and integration. Aftercare continues for as long as you require this to happen – usually around a 12-month period.
