ole: Master Production Scheduler (Materials Management)

Salary: up to £45,000 + associated benefits

Location: Shropshire

The Master Production Scheduler entails the oversight of all production scheduling and inventory control. In this role you are also responsible for the purchasing of materials to support production aligned to customer demands

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands, optimising resource utilisation and minimising lead times.
• Ensure timely placement of Purchase Orders and Work Orders for external and internal material replenishment.
• Data Accuracy, MRP updates to reflect safety stock, and reorder points.
• Oversee all replenishment methods, ensuring continuous component flow for on-time production.
• Inventory Management of raw material, component, and finished goods inventory levels to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Collaboration between key stakeholders and departments
• Working with Sales demand, forecasts, to ensure production capacity, and to address any future potential bottlenecks or shortages.

• Ideally a Supply Chain or Purchasing qualification (CIPS, SC)
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent operational knowledge of ERP, MRP, MPS Systems
