Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join their team to cover the North of England and drive growth in the personal care industry. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the market presence, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the personal care industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet their individual and team goals.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
