Job Title: Project Manager
Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000
Do you have project Management experience in but not limited to Ductwork, Air Conditioning, Thermal Insulation & HVAC Installations?
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, site supervision, and health and safety, with the ability to manage a team of engineers to meet deadlines and budgets.
Roles and Responsibilities
The role involves managing project coordination, procurement, and site teams from mechanical and electrical perspectives.
- Managing & Co-ordinating projects from budgets, including equipment and materials, supervising sites.
- Liaising with clients and attending site meetings.
- Managing site operatives to ensure continuity and address site issues.
- Ensuring health and safety compliance, producing Method Statements and Risk Assessments (CDM experience).
- Generating Purchase Orders, RAMS, Site Programs, and email correspondence.
Essential Experience
- A proven track record in the HVAC industry?
- Project Management experience in but not limited to Ductwork, Air Conditioning, Thermal Insulation & HVAC Installations.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Providing continual site-based management to assist with project acceleration and management.
- Ensuring all engineers comply with health and safety documentation.
- Procuring materials and labour for specific project demands.
- Estimating variation works for unforeseen project issues.
- Full driving licence.
